We’re thrilled with the transformation of this 1950’s Parker Knoll chair. Before its restoration it looked rather plain in a ‘wall flower’ type way, but now, with its stunning 50s style fabric, it will turn heads!
The chair has been completely stripped back to the frame and carefully restored to retain the original shape of the chair. Both the chair seat and back are fully sprung providing extra comfort.
The beech legs and under seat frame have been lightly sanded and oiled.
The fabulous 1950s style fabric featuring Atomic Mid Century Chairs is rather special and has travelled all the way from America – so you definitely have one of kind if you buy this chair.
Together with G-Plan and Ercol (to name a few) the British furniture manufacturer ‘Parker Knoll’ is associated with producing quality furniture. This simply styled occasional chair, with its low seat, splayed tapered legs and slightly reclining back makes for a very comfy seat and a classic of its era.
The vibrant fabric brings the chair to life and we guarantee it will do the same in any room of any home…
